How often should I wash my hair?
Long thick and curly hair should be washed two or three times a week because thick coarse hair is naturally porous; therefore, leaving your hair unwashed for a day or two helps your scalps natural oil to condition your hair. It is very important to use a moisturizing shampoo & conditioner. We recommend L’Oreal Absolute Repair Shampoo & conditioner for best results.

My hair color is washing me out. What should I do?
Your hair color may be too ashy. Warming your hair color up may flatter your skin tone.

Will going blonder make me look younger?
Not necessarily lighter, but softer in color is the key to shave a few years and produce very desirable result. Sometime a few highlights are all you need.

Why my highlights don’t blend away my grays?
Now, its time for a single process color to be added to your base and then highlight. This will give you the coverage and contrast.

My natural dark hair looks dull. What can I do to bring back the shine?
We would consider changing your shampoo to be a gentler shampoo like Vitamino shampoo and conditioner and see how well your hair adjusts. If you still fee like it needs more shine, then ask you colorist to add a deposit only glaze to match you natural color.
