Appointments are Required.
We will call you a day before your appointment to confirm your reservation, so make sure you have given us your current phone numbers. If they change, please let us know in advance.
Punctuality
Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all appointments. Any client arriving 15 minutes past the time of her appointment will be asked to wait longer or reschedule.
How early should I arrive?
First time guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to services. Returning guests should arrive on time, so we can help all guests without delays.
Cancellation Policy
Please give notice of change or cancellation at least 48 hours in advance. We try to be punctual at the salon and can provide the best service to all clients if we stay informed.
Missing Appointment "No-show"
If you miss your appointment "no show", we sadly won't honor any discounted promo from Groupon or other social media sites. Guests can get the services next time around but at their full price.
What about pregnancy?
You can still take advantage of the majority of our
services. Please notify our service team ahead of time if you are expecting.
Payment
Payment may be made by cash or credit card (Visa & MasterCard). A 20% payment maybe required to secure reservation for any party of two or more or for the Japanese Hair Straightening.
Should I tip the staff?
To express appreciation for excellent service you may
give gratuities to the staff. 15% to 20% gratuity is recommended.
What happens if I arrive late?
Our schedule is designed to provide the right amount
of time for your service and the clients after you.
Your service time may be shortened to enable us to meet
our commitment to the next client. Please be on time
so no one has to wait for services.
Safety policy
Unless a child has a service appointment, please refrain from bringing children into the salon.
If you have to bring an older child along, please bring along some sort of entertainment or games so they can be occupied during your services. You know your child best, so you are responsible for your child safety and we can't be not held responsible for anything.
